Shipping & Arrival Policy

Overnight shipping only. Corals ship when temperatures and carrier schedules are suitable for safe live arrival.
- Insulated packaging with heat/cold packs when needed
- Tracking provided after shipment
- Shipping days may be limited to avoid weekend delays
- Local pickup available in Wylie / DFW by arrangement
Live Arrival / DOA
In the rare event of DOA, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos required in the original unopened bag
- Approved claims receive store credit or replacement when available
- Carrier delays, missed deliveries, and improper acclimation are not covered
- We reserve the right to delay shipping for livestock safety
